The Saskatoon restaurant, a local favourite since opening in 2018, landed at No. 62 on 100 Best Restaurants in Canada list in 2022, one of only two Saskatoon restaurants to make the list.
Hearth is led by co-owners and chefs Beth Rogers and Thayne Robstad, who have been working together in the Canadian food scene, including stints in Vancouver and Toronto, since 2008.
